Rates and processing

Orders placed by 12 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, are packed within 2–3 business days, often the same day. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International orders
International orders are charged standard USPS rates based on the service you pick at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes and brokerage charges assessed at their border before delivery.
Delays and lost packages
If your package is delayed or looks lost, we’ll work with the postal service to track it down. For packages marked delivered that never arrived, we can file a report with the postal service to help with their investigation.
