We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You need to contact us through our order support form or send us a message about your return.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
For international customers: Please note that shipping may take longer due to customs processing. Delays at international borders are common and outside our control. We cannot expedite customs clearance in various countries.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale items are eligible for returns under our standard policy.
For exchanges, if a replacement is available, we will arrange this for you. No second order placement is required.
UK & EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
We’ll notify you after inspecting your return to confirm approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned product.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact our support team.
