Shipping Rates & Processing Times
We offer $5.95 USD flat rate shipping on all US domestic orders.
International orders are charged standard USPS shipping rates based on the service selected.
Orders received by 12PM PST (Monday – Friday) will be processed within 2-3 business days, sometimes the same day.


Delivery Timeframes
US Domestic Shipments: USPS Media Mail: 7-14 business days after processing
International Shipments: First Class International: 7-21 business days on average

Shipping Support & Customs
If your package experiences delays or appears to be lost, we’ll work with postal services to help track your order and resolve the issue. For packages marked as delivered that you haven’t received, we can file a report with the postal service to assist with their investigation.
Please note that once a package is handed to the postal service, certain aspects of delivery are beyond our direct control, especially after a tracking number shows as delivered.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed at their country’s border prior to delivery.

Product Condition & Returns
We take the utmost care to ensure your records are in pristine condition or, for used vinyl, exactly as photographed in our listings.
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind the customer must pay for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
