A Day at the Races is the fifth studio album by British rock band Queen, released in 1976. The album was recorded at various studios in England and features a mix of hard rock, glam rock, and pop influences. The album’s title is a nod to the Marx Brothers film of the same name, and the album’s cover art features a photo of a horse race with the members of Queen superimposed on top.

The album kicks off with the energetic “Tie Your Mother Down,” featuring Brian May’s signature guitar riffs and Freddie Mercury’s powerful vocals. “Somebody to Love” is a standout track, showcasing the band’s vocal harmonies and Mercury’s impressive range.
