After the bilingual sprawl of Red Moon in Venus and the sharp pop instincts of Orquídeas, Sincerely, plays like a late-night confession — softer, but sharper where it counts.
“Sugar! Honey! Love!” sets the tone: minimal percussion, tremolo guitar, and Uchis’ voice floating front and center. She sings like she’s inches from the mic, barely breathing between lines. The track reportedly features production from longtime collaborator Dylan Wiggins, who gives it that woozy, lo-fi glow she’s mastered without sanding down the intimacy.
On “All I Can Say,” the tempo ticks up slightly, sliding into disco-adjacent R&B with a bass groove that feels indebted to early ’80s Sade records.
